Senior IT Specialist turning Agile chaos into actual results. I bridge the gap between what developers build and what stakeholders think they asked for. Outside the office, I'm exploring stars in pixel spaceships, attempting to make my guitar sound less like a dying cat and occasionally touch grass. Been building computers since before it was cool. Able to sit in my chair for extended periods of time. Oh, and I have AI slaves cause that's trending now apparently.
ABOUT
Hey — I'm Patrick. I've spent the last decade somewhere between product ownership and getting my hands dirty with infrastructure. Currently I'm at SSC-Services where I look after DevOps platforms, herd cloud migrations, and try to convince development teams that Agile isn't just a buzzword.
Over the last year I've been pushing hard on agentic coding — orchestrating teams of AI agents as genuine collaborators, not autocomplete. What one person can actually finish in a weekend has changed, and I'm still recalibrating my expectations upward. Most of the projects below got here faster because of it.
The stuff I'm most proud of usually happens after hours: game servers for friends, custom web dashboards for things that didn't need dashboards, and an EVE Online spreadsheet habit I'm not ready to talk about.
When I'm not staring at a terminal, I'm usually playing guitar. My taste runs the full spectrum from jazz to metal — think Coltrane one evening, Meshuggah the next. Music keeps me sane when the build pipeline doesn't.
ARSENAL
SELECTED WORK
AI tooling orchestration using Claude Code as daily driver — pair-programming with specialist agents in isolated git worktrees. Multi-model routing through OpenRouter and Ollama. Custom task management sidecar feeds structured work into agent context. Most portfolio projects built or accelerated via this approach.
Full virtualization cluster built on Proxmox with OPNsense for routing and VLANs, Docker host running Ollama and AI bots, Windows Server for game servers, and NAS for backups. Infrastructure-as-code throughout — Terraform for VMs/LXCs, Ansible for configuration.
Custom game modes, terrain maps, and mission scripts for Arma 3 and Reforger using SQF and EnforceScript. Server management includes instance health monitoring, mod updates, and configuration debugging.
CLI tools and web apps built to solve repeated annoyances — asset trackers, config generators, API wrappers, and utilities occasionally useful beyond personal use.
Full-stack development from backend API to interactive interfaces — dashboards, admin panels, and landing pages built primarily for personal projects and homelab monitoring.
